Merry Christmas & Happy New Year

I had hoped to post these before Christmas, but as many of you know, the holidays are busy, busy, busy! ;) So I’m happy to finally get these Christmas cards posted of all my wonderful friends, family, & clients. I had a great year and had the great privilege of working with so many wonderful people throughout 2010 and I’m truly looking forward to working with so many great people in 2011!

I hope that everyone had a very Merry Christmas and best wishes for the happiest of New Years in 2011 and always!

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

I was very excited to spend my Halloween with my nieces and nephew for the first time. My kids were so excited to trick-or-treat with their cousins and it turned out to be one of the best Halloweens that I can remember! We all decided to match their costumes with our own little twists and I loved how they all turned out! Here are a few of my favorite pictures from our little Halloween session in my hometown.

Here is the whole gang!

I had a great time back home! Thank you for everything!!! Miss you all terribly!

And before I left town for the weekend, I photographed my other nieces and nephew. Their costumes turned out so cute and I'm excited that it was little Brock's first Halloween!

Class of 2011 Logan-Magnolia Panthers

THE BOYS OF FALL
I was recently asked to photograph the 2011 Logan-Magnolia High School football players and had a complete blast doing it. This was very different from what I'm used to photographing for the high school sports teams, so I really enjoyed this special request. Here are the images from our session.

Deadline to order these images is September 30th to have them before the end of the season

Blake

I became so busy last spring that I never had a chance to finish sharing my 2010 seniors with everyone. I've been busy photographing 2011 Seniors and will be starting to share those very soon but wanted to make sure that I posted the rest of last years graduates. I had the best 2010 seniors and enjoyed every one of my session! I enjoy even more how much I still like seeing all my seniors around and being able talk with them. They're all a great group of people!

Blake was one of my last 2010 Seniors of last year and was a graduate from Logan-Magnolia High School. Our session was later in the fall but it was a nice day... a little breezy but it didn't bother us too much. For the corn picture, we had to drive across the open field to get to that location... lucky no crops were still in the field that we drove on, so it made it ok. We had so many great shots... this first one is my favorite!

Thanks so much Blake! I hope you're enjoying college so far!

Keep checking back for 2011 Seniors!

Paige

This was very special session for me. Paige was a 2010 graduate from West Harrison High School and also one of my favorite sister-in-laws!!! I've know her since she was very young and have enjoyed so much being a part of her life and a part of her family! We had a great time during her sessions and even more fun trying to get her to laugh (thanks to Kristi). There were just too many favorites from her sessions but picked a few out that I know we all liked a lot.

I hope you're enjoying University of Iowa! We all love you and miss you tons!

Bryce

Bryce (2010 Lo-Ma graduate) was so much fun to go around town for his senior pictures last fall. He's one of the funniest seniors that I've had the privilege to work with. He was always making me laugh and had some of the greatest expressions. Even though he was full of laughs the whole session, I was able to manage to get a few serious faces out of him but had to snap quick.

Thanks so much Bryce! I hope you're enjoying your first few weeks at college!

Kimberly

Kimberly was a 2010 graduate from Woodbine High School. She was so sweet, I really enjoyed our session together. Here are a few of my favorites from her session.

Thank you Kimberly! I hope you had a great summer and enjoying school!
